Worship
Worship lies at the heart of the Christian life. It is in worship that we express our thoughts about God and define our identity. It is through encountering God within worship that we are formed, and transformed, as his people.
In terms of our church style in this group of parishes, we aim to be open to people of all traditions and states, as well as being open to the Spirit and to all God may be calling us to do. At the same time, our tradition is important to us and gives us a strong sense of identity.
We use the orders of service and prayers that are provided by the Church of England. The Eucharist - also called Holy Communion - is at the centre of our worship. In this worship, we encounter God but do so in the company of others who are also exploring questions of belief, people just like us on their own journey of faith.
